I take more of a hunter mindset, you know, I use Vulcan7 and I’m a big fan of. It definitely changed my career over the last few years.

Yes. Our our team is big on prospecting. Yeah, we kind of did it all the time anyway, but we do it more. We’re all on from 9:30 to about noon and we’re prospecting. We all prospect. We’re all trying to set appointments every morning and then usually the afternoon evenings, weekends we’re on appointments.
